Intellectual property law
Intellectual property rights include, among other things, copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, the right to a company name and domain names, as well as trade secrets.
Intellectual property rights account for an ever-increasing proportion of a business’s assets, and the protection and enforcement of such rights are therefore crucial. We also deal with issues relating to marketing law.
