Report any issues that warrant criticism

Here you can report any matters that contravene laws, regulations or ethical guidelines. We handle cases on behalf of several organisations – you report directly to us as an independent external party. You can choose whether to report anonymously or to provide your name.

When you report an issue, it is helpful if you describe:

  • What has happened?
  • When did that happen (date/period)?
  • Where did it happen?
  • Who was involved?
  • Which rules, procedures or values do you think have been breached?
  • Have you tried raising the matter internally first, and if so, how?
  • Is there any evidence, documentation or other supporting information to back up what you are describing?

You can also upload files to support your report – such as emails, photos, minutes or other relevant documents.

What happens next?

We take all reports seriously and treat them confidentially. If you provide your name and email address, you will receive a confirmation once we have received your report.

Our role as an external whistleblowing service is to ensure that the matter is thoroughly assessed and handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the organisation’s guidelines.
