Atle Birkeland

Atle has extensive experience in a number of areas of law. He is regularly appointed by the District Court as an insolvency administrator in bankruptcy cases, and advises private individuals and businesses on debt negotiations, bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings.
He also specialises in employment law, contracts and general advisory services for business owners. In addition, he assists buyers and sellers in disputes concerning defects in property. Atle also acts as a defence lawyer in cases involving financial crime.
