Beate specialises primarily in inheritance and probate matters, in which she has extensive experience, as well as in tort law, insurance law and property law.
She assists with both the drafting and interpretation of legal documents such as prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, wills and inheritance agreements. Furthermore, she has experience in facilitating and implementing generational transfers (advance inheritance settlements) – often acting as the joint solicitor for all the heirs.
Beate also has particular expertise in various types of liability insurance, including professional liability insurance for lawyers, estate agents and architects, amongst others.
She deals with most aspects of property law and provides advice to businesses, co-ownership associations, housing cooperatives and private individuals.
