Bente has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She assists private individuals and businesses, primarily with matters relating to company law, tax and insolvency/debt negotiations.
Furthermore, Bente has extensive experience in transactions and reorganisations, and assists clients with matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, advice on ownership structures, shareholder agreements and reorganisations.
Bente provides general advice on tax and duties, and assists with cases involving the Norwegian Tax Administration. She also works on estate administration, debt negotiations and business restructuring.
Bente is a permanent appointed administrator in bankruptcy cases for Hordaland District Court and Sogn og Fjordane District Court.
