Iselin specialises primarily in matters relating to inheritance and probate, matrimonial property regimes, and tort and insurance law. Among other things, she can assist with the drafting and interpretation of enduring powers of attorney, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and wills.
Iselin also has expertise in tort and insurance law. She has previously worked on cases involving breach of contract and fraud in insurance matters, as well as claims settlements in personal injury cases relating to motor vehicle liability and occupational injury.
She also works on dispute resolution and litigation before the courts.
