Janne advises businesses, public sector organisations and private individuals on a wide range of issues relating to property, construction and contract law.
Janne also handles dispute resolution and litigation before the courts. She has experience of proceedings before the District Court, the Court of Appeal and the Land Consolidation Court. In addition, she has expertise in public procurement regulations. She assists both public sector bodies in the conduct of procurement processes and participating tenderers.
Janne specialises in intellectual property law, having studied at the University of Bergen. She has taken specialised modules in design and patent law, trade mark law and marketing law. Janne wrote her master’s thesis on trade mark law and has a thorough understanding of the relevant regulations. She assists businesses with both national and international trade mark applications.
