Endre specialises primarily in tort law, property law and company law. He has particular expertise in various types of liability insurance, including professional indemnity insurance for architects and engineers, amongst others. Endre also assists private individuals and businesses in planning matters and cases under the Planning and Building Act.
Endre also specialises in environmental law, with experience in areas such as liability for pollution, land management and soil conservation. He assists shareholders, owners and companies in connection with the formation, purchase and sale of companies, as well as shareholder disputes.
Endre assists his clients across the full spectrum of legal services, from professional advice to negotiations, dispute resolution and litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in the District Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as having successfully handled a test case before the Supreme Court.
