Hedda assists commercial entities, public authorities and private individuals with matters relating to real estate. She has specialist expertise in planning and building law, having previously worked as a lead applicant.
Hedda can assist at all stages of a construction project and has experience in, among other things, drafting development plans, submitting comments on and lodging appeals against planning applications and development plans, and preparing applications for planning permission and subdivision.
Hedda also has experience with other property-related matters, such as disputes concerning the purchase of a home, neighbourly relations and rent.
