Karsten deals with most issues that may arise in connection with real estate and provides advice to both private and public clients. He specialises in land acquisition and expropriation, planning and building law, and disputes concerning rights of way, boundaries and other neighbourly matters. 

He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Karsten also assists with the administration of estates – settling inheritances – and is a permanent public administrator of estates for Hordaland District Court.
