She has considerable experience in negotiating and resolving individual employment disputes. She also has extensive experience in restructuring and redundancy processes, as well as business transfers.
In addition, Mari works in the field of real estate, including land acquisition and expropriation. She is also specifically authorised to handle property settlements.
Mari has extensive and wide-ranging experience in dispute resolution and litigation before both the District Court and the Court of Appeal. She represents public sector bodies, companies and private individuals.
