Petter advises commercial clients, public authorities and private individuals on a wide range of real estate matters. For many years, he has in particular advised commercial real estate developers on the purchase, sale and development of several major development and transformation projects.
Petter has extensive experience in real estate transactions and assists with offers and term sheets, due diligence and purchase agreements – including land purchase agreements, option agreements and share purchase agreements for the purchase and sale of real estate companies.
He also has specialist expertise in planning and building law and can assist at every stage of a development project – from planning to the processing of building applications, exemption cases, appeals and illegality cases. He also has experience in implementing zoning plans plans, including land acquisition and the negotiation of development agreements with public authorities.
Petter also provides ongoing advice on general contract law relating to real estate, construction contracts, commercial leases, property law and general administrative law.
