We have extensive experience in insolvency law, security interests, property law and enforcement proceedings. We also assist with voluntary arrangements as an alternative to bankruptcy.
We assist small and medium-sized enterprises facing financial difficulties. We represent both debtors and creditors, and assist businesses and private individuals. Three of our lawyers are appointed administrators at Hordaland District Court(Norwegian: Hordaland tingrett).
